Koneczone (by Tems Laden Consulting Inc) gives you two ways to remove your data, both from inside the app — there's no separate website flow, since both actions need you to be signed in as yourself so nobody else can delete your account for you.
Two buttons are offered there, and they do different things:
| Button | What it removes | What's kept |
|---|---|---|
| Delete my data | Every message, Life Story, photo/video post, gift sent or received, friend request, group membership, and connection you've made. Your profile's tagline, photo, and voice clip are cleared. | Your login/email stays active — this is for a fresh start, not closing the account. You can keep using Koneczone with an empty profile afterward. |
| Delete account entirely | Everything above, plus every file you've ever uploaded (both storage buckets), plus the login itself — your account is fully and permanently closed. | Nothing — this cannot be undone or reversed. |
Either action asks you to confirm once before anything happens.
A small amount of information is kept even after full account deletion, since it belongs to someone else's record, not yours to erase:
If you've lost access to your account and still want it deleted, email support@koneczone.com from the email address on the account, and we'll process the request manually.
